I availed their services for CBC blood and Urine routine test and they said that report will be delivered online in max ** hrs but it has been more than that. On calling them every time they say to give them half hour or one hour but not providing the resolution. I called them * to * times and sometimes they disconnect the calls as well and when I got angry on them then they sent a report but of some other patient. Doctor has asked for a report but I am not able to provide it because of these issue. I don't know with such un-professionalism in medical line how they get that medical license. These are medical report which should be treated with utmost importance.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
