Hi,
I have enrolled my twin kids in Planet Spark.
Before enrolling I had confirmed that if kids are not interested then they should refund the money.
This I had taken as proof from them as a document and they had shared the document mentioning the same. After * classes my both kids refused to attend class even though we insisted them to attend, since I am working so I was not able to force them to sit.
Now when I am asking for refund its been almost more than ** days, they are just playing the games by giving some vague reason.
A guy named Mr. Animesh stopped receiving the calls as well.
Please please help me to get my money back.
None of the parents has to go through this. I am feeling really frustrated, let me know how to take legal action for this mental agony they are causing.
