Make My Trip - penalty for the without my knowledge cancellation done.

I have booked tickets and at the late night **rd December ****. I have not closed make my trip app and make my trip app new to me at the late night I read the information and I slept as it is without closing app. By morning **:** am I was seeing my flight ticket was cancelled by mis handling without knowing my knowledge... For that this much of big amount penalty for me... It is not fair of easy handling cancellation process... At least any buddy could call and confirm for the reason of cancellation and it is better to know save your customer money... Please don't support this much amount to loss your customers... and flight booked for **rd December and they never get loss because it has another ** days to book anybody to that flight. Penalty they had done more than **%. They had rules for that.let them follow. but before cancellation with penalty. they should call us to ask reason to out come of my or any one's penalty. Please help me to resolve this issue.. as early as possible...
