Paytm Mall - Paytm Mall wrong product delivery twice

I had previously made a complain where I ordered a product from Paytm Mall. The original product I had ordered was a "Seagate *TB Backup Plus Slim Portable External Hard Drive (Grey colour)" on *th August ****. The product was delivered on **th August **** and I had received a Pink colour product instead of the ordered Grey colour. After a lot of pain and fighting with Paytm Mall, I got them to replace my order and this was initiated on **th August ****. Fast forward to today, **rd August ****, I received the replacement product and it was again Pink in colour. The same issue two times in a row, even after raising a complain and requesting a replacement. This is extremely poor service and quality control from Paytm's side! I'd appreciate some help in contacting Paytm and getting to take back my product and issue me with a full refund. I am no longer interested in their terrible customer service and extreme incompetence. I am not looking for a replacement and I want a full refund of my money.
