SAURABH SHARMA filed complaint against Paytm Mall on Oct 15, 2018
This is in the wake of recent events which happened with me.
And the incident below is why people prefer-commerce companies over e-commerce companies like Paytm Mall or Paytm.
We ordered a mobile phone worth INR ***** Rs (moto g*s plus ** gb lunar grey---order number - ********** on date - oct *nd, ****). the payment was done while placing the order.
we received the package on *th Oct and to our surprise when we opened the package, we received defective phone (camera is not working) with the wrong receipt (imei number differs from what we received). immediately we called to Paytm Mall customer care and registered our complaint request regarding same. next day courier boy came and he denies to pick up due to receipt issue. from *th Oct'**** to till now we called many time to paytm mall customer care (btw it took hours for connecting representative) and no response from paytm mall side.
paytm mall done fraud with me and now I have no option, we can send a legal notice to paytm and filing a case in consumer forum which easily would take *-* years to resolve or i can waste daily *-* hr for customer care. feeling helpless!!!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
