I had purchased Screen Damage Protection for a Samsung Galaxy Flip * mobile phone on Flipkart. There was damage to the screen due to a fall on **nd June **** at home in Goa India, which is within one year of the date of purchase and insurance coverage with insurance invoice on **-**-****. I had availed the repair service from an authorized Samsung service center which cost me Rs. *****, for which I am eligible to claim Rs. **,*** as per the policy (**% of invoice)

However despite following up with the Insurance provider over a period of * months over phone/email they use delaying tactics claiming technical issues but never respond. Complaint was raised in Jun'**
