I already raised a complaint in phonepe, after confirming from a executive manager of oyo that amount not credited to oyo account.
Below are given details of what I get answer from phonepe help center.:
Regarding your recent transaction, Ticket No: ********, we would like to inform you that, we have received a confirmation that your transaction (Transaction ID: P**********************) of ₹ *** with PAYU is successful with the Merchant Order ID (**********).
Kindly check the transaction page on your PhonePe account for more details or contact Merchant with the order ID.

I want my money refund, phonepe confirmed that transaction was successful. But I didn't get any booking for that.
