I made a payment of ₹*,*** via UPI (Google Pay) on * June **** at *:** PM through a MakeMyTrip payment link.
The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and the MakeMyTrip payment page displayed a “Payment Received” confirmation with a Transaction ID. However, no booking was created, no booking confirmation was received, and no refund has been credited to date.
I have been following up with MakeMyTrip for past * days now but have received no resolution, They just tell me to wait and then hang up. I have sent them multiple mails but they don't reply.

Please trace this transaction and confirm on the refund status ASAP.
