Aditya filed complaint against Oyo on May 23, 2019
I checked in to OYO Room **** on **th of April. I made a payment of Rs. *** at the hotel reception in cash. Room number allotted to me was ***, the room was in very poor condition as the fan was not working properly and AC was also very weak. I raised complain regarding this problem but unfortunately, no solution was provided. I asked for a refund but customer care service provider told me that property manager has not updated your payment details so we can not initiate the refund, even they told us to go to reception and ask the property manager for a refund. I did the same but the property manager denied the refund in a very rude manner they even said: "if you want to stay, stay otherwise leave". Customer care executive told me to book another Oyo and the amount paid at this Oyo will be refunded (I have the call recording as proof). I booked another Oyo on the same date and stayed over there.
Till date, I haven't got any refund and that *** Rs. Cash payment has not been updated by the property manager.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
