Dear sir, redbus website se maine bus booking *.**pm me kiya aur mujhe driver ki information *.** pm me mili bus ka departing time *.** pm tha tab tak bus bus stand se nikal gayi maine bus driver ko call kiya unhone bola ki aap late hai aur mai * km aage aa gaya mai nahi ruk sakta maine redbus se apne paise refund mange unhone bola ki aap late aaye hai isliye apka paisa wapas nahi ho sakta jabki mai bus stand me tha late information milne ke karan bus chali gayi aur inki policy hai ki ** minute pahle ana padta hai to departure time me meri booking kyo kiye please mujhe nyay dilwaaiye
