I purchased a Relax Plan from NoBroker.com on **th March. And as stated in the plan a RM will be assigned and he will contact to owners on my behalf.
Although a RM was assigned to me, but he hardly calls me and even if I asked him to contact my shortlisted properties, he never revert.
Also I was supposed to get access of ** contact of owners. But when I usually contact these owners, most of the properties are already being rented out and few of the numbers are invalid.
Further on **th March, suddenly my plan was removed from the app and I am unable to contact any of the owners. Although the validity of the plan is ** days and I was still left with some ** owners contact detail access.
I tried contacting nobroker team several times but failed to get any response.
Ultimately I have to approach a Broker to whom I have to give brokerage amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
