Cleartrip - Payment failed but refund not done

I had booked one way airline ticket through cleartrip for journey from trivandrum to chennai in Indigo on **/**/**** for journey on **/**/****, I had made payment for the transaction at **.** Hrs. I got message of ticket confirmation at **.** Hrs. I received an email at **.** Hrs mentioning payment unsucessfull. The email also mentioned that it will take *-** working days for the payment refund to occur. After waiting for the respective time frame i am yet to receive the refund. When i had contacted the clear trip consumer contact number after waiting for the time period i am being informed that the email message which was sent at **.** hrs indicating payment unsucessfull is an error message sent from their side. I am yet to receive the refund for the transaction
