On dtd **-**-**** I book a bus ticket from redbus application from sikar to roorkee from pandit travels .
My journey date is **-**-**** and ticket amount is *** rupees. Payment was successfully done from my hdfc upi payment mode but redbud team says that there was technical error from bank sideand they don't recive any amount. I talk to my bank and they tell that it is successfully done transaction and money was paid to redbus team. It was up to ** days and redbud not provide me any refund and redbus team is very irresponsible.
