Apple India - Pathetic service given

I am a painful customer who purchases an iPhone device on **.*.**** after listening to a lot of brand values. Phone occur some camera problem in **.*.**** and submit my device in care Jaipur **.*.****.
The service centre person checks my device in front of me and disassembles and assemble. He said this problem occur from hardware, therefore, we will have to move this handset in Bangalore.
After *-* days back I got a call from the service centre and he said: " That your device will not repair due to some Internal tempering". Q*: If phone tempered ' why did call log in a warranty?
Q*: Why did the staff determine my problem and assure to me swap without any discrepancy?
