Chinmaya Nanda filed complaint against Apple India on Feb 17, 2020
I am facing an audio issue with my iPhone * which I got just a month back. Most of the times during a voice or video call, the audio is going blank, the receiver is not able to hear anything. This issue has been happening for over a month now. I have been running from one service center to another, but no resolution. And all of them are accusing that it is my carrier's network. I have tried it with my network, with WiFi's at my home and office, but still the service center people are just returning saying that my iPhone is fine. I escalated this issue to Apple care, they asked me to submit the iPhone to the service center, I did that. But again the same thing, no resolution. Now I am trying to get in touch with the senior escalation team but they are also not ready to help. They are also saying me to visit the service center and submit my phone there.
I am really frustrated with this issue. I am pretty sure this is a hardware issue and Apple doesn't want to accept it, because this issue is not happening with my earpods or any other bluetooth earphones. But if I am on speaker mode, this issue is there always.
