I purchased Apple I Phone ** plus and soon after couple of days started gettng problem in the rear camera functioning. I connected to their call center team and after they run the diagnosis they confirmed that some hardware issue is noticed and I should submit the device to the service center for further check.
They suggested me to submit the device to ResQ, Vashi, Navi Mumbai where I submitted the device on **th Jan, ****.
They run the diagnosis again and found couple of issues and told me that the device will be sent to Apple, Bangalore for further check. If they could rectify the issue its fine otherwise replacement device will be given.
on **th, I got a mail from ResQ that my device is ready and I can collect it. I collected the device from the ResQ center on **th.
After a day I started facing the same issue which I reported to Apple customer care.
Since then they have been simply not responding properly nor they are giving me any assurance of device replacement.
I tried connecting to Mr Syed, Regional Sales Manager after getting details from Linkedin but in vain. First he responded but later he stopped responding as well.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
