Apple India - Airpods Pro gen have been randomly and frequently disconnecting

I have bought Airpods pro *nd gen in the month of October and it started giving me connectivity problems. They constantly disconnect on calls. I have raised multiple requests and complaints to the Apple Support and when nothing was working I asked them to simply refund me the money I paid as I cannot keep using a problematic device. But everytime my issue is escalated the concerned department doesn't give me proper response and simply close my issue with no resolution as if they don't care about the problem. I even took this to twitter but it didn't work out since Apple didn't reply to my tweet at all. No one has reach out to me on this.
