Hi, I am facing a problem in my newly bought MacBook Pro **. I went * times to Imagine Service Center. Their technicians were unable to fix the issue and told me every time to keep laptop, saying this is a well known issue and apple is investigating on that. Since last two and half months my laptop is with them neither they are resolving the issue nor replacing the Mac. I am done with Apple and their service. My work is pending from last two and half months and every day they are just doing fake promises and assurance. They charge too much for a laptop but providing a poor service to customer. Please don’t make customer fool.
