Nishant Singh filed complaint against Oyo on Nov 21, 2019
First of all the loss from the incident is not only economical but its a mental hassle too. The concern are with * of my bookings. Booking IDs BRHL**** & WJZA**** were not allowed check in at the hotel in Mussoorie nearly at * pm being an odd hour to search for another hotel. By given an option by OYO to pay extra at that time I was committed to get the balance refunded which is not yet done. Also OYO staff are putting me on hold for approximately ** min. to ** min. every time I call for the refund. They think that the consumer doesn't have other works to do rather than breaking their head with OYO. The *rd issue is with the Booking ID no. HECG**** on which again the check in was denied due to non availability of the room even after pre-booking done on OYO. After more than half an hour request and debate the hotel gave another room but without breakfast that too was included in the booking at an extra cost.
The most pathetic part of all this is that I have written this long complaint while being on hold OYO customer care call. Anyone can imagine the treatment OYO provides. Hope this helps others even if not me.
