Urban Company - Pathetic experience

I had scheduled a service for Bathroom cleaning (* bathrooms) on December *, ****. On the so-called professional’s arrival, my father asked him if there is a way to add kitchen cleaning to the service, or shall we book another service altogether. On his request, that he does not have any other job and can himself do it, we let him start with the kitchen. It was my Roka on December **, so I had errands to run, for which I left the house. When I returned, I found that the bathrooms were not clean, they had little black hair everywhere (unsure where they came from), the tiles had visible stains which could easily be removed by hand, and the switch board in the kitchen had curry stains too. I had to raise query and even on mentioning that I do not want the same person, I was sent the very same person requesting a chance to rectify his mistake. The next day, on repeated requests, he still did a shitty job. The cloth he used was unclean, and thus the little black hair every where in the bathroom and the kitchen, the switch board in the kitchen still had curry stain, all the * pots were still not clean and moreover, he broke my Geyser and didn’t even inform. On **th, after coming from the parlor, I had to clean all of it myself but took a picture which I also shared with the team. However, still have not received the refund for my ****/- that I paid for this pathetic experience. Additionally, I also bore the additional cost to get my geyser fixed.
