I was refunded the convenience fee a month back but have not received it yet in my bank account. EaseMyTrip people are just fooling around back and forth from wallet to bank and then rejecting it and then again back to wallet and then rejecting it again by filling in the wrong information. This is a very, very frustrating experience that I had with EaseMyTrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
