I bought two frames in July(last month). One is lenskart Air and one is vincent chase. Also bought gold membership with that. Guess what!! After just * weeks of minimal use the lenskart air frame automatically broke today. Didn't do any rough use, didn't wash with water...
I ran to the store and asked for repair and they denied. Rather they insisted for another purchase with a high price. They kept on saying that I have put some pressure on the frame, as if I don't even know how to use a frame.
A frame of **** Rs has no durability at all. It's too fragile I would say. I have used frames from local shop which costed me *** Rs and that frame is still with me without a scratch !!
Lenskart is just a hype. They have NO AFTER SALE SERVICE.. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.. and no one to complaint... I am never gonna shop from Lenskart and n would suggest my friends and family to stay away too. If a customer with a gold membership can't get any after sale service or a normal repair which any local shops do for free, it's nothing but a WASTE OF MONEY.
No after sale service, or empathy , just always ready for push selling. Local stores are far better than Lenskart
