My complain is against HMG SERVICES , SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER , BASIRHAT, R.N MUKHERJEE ROAD. Mob: **********/**********

I faced a charging issue on my Samsung A** phone and I chose to go to HMG SERVICE CENTER, BASIRHAT to resolve the issue (as my phone is within warranty period) but the employee s behaviour is very bad and they don't have much experience also as I think because they told the problem was in my charging adapter and they sold me a new one but they did not checked it by saying that they don't have any both side type C charging cable and told me that my charging cable is not working properly. I ordered a new one on **/**/** but still they do not find it. They are delaying by saying company is not providing the material. After that I deposited my phone on **.**.** again and they told me the charging board will be replaced but till date they repeatedly delaying the process.
