I have purchased Bose Soundbar *** from Amazon and as per their website, it shows ** soundbar, ** rear speakers and ** woofers. But when I received this order yesterday evening there was only one product delivered. There was no other item which is the woofer and ** rear speakers along with it.
After that, I called up the Amazon helpline number and spoke to Mr Rohit from the team, what he had to say on this was that those other two items are not a part of the Bose Soundbar *** but just shows the product in this manner for no reason. And, he said that it mentions only one product details. I would say somewhere he is right it is mentioned on the product details but they have mentioned only Soundbar they did not mention anything about the rear speaker and woofer that you will not get the woofer and rear speakers. If you are going to see this product on Amazon then they have uploaded one video as well which also shows ** rear speakers and ** woofer which seems to look like a full package.
After that, I called up again this morning and I spoke to Ms Maya and what she had to say was that, in the video and the pictures a television and mobile been shown, so that does not mean that is part of the product that actually makes sense because it is not a part of the Bose product. But the rest was displayed was a Bose product as well as part of the Soundbar. Most importantly it is nowhere mention that these parts are not part of Bose Soundbar.
By all this, it only shows how the video along with the pictures which shows a full set of Sound system and tempts you to buy the product for your homes after spending so much money. And, in return what you get is just one incomplete part of it which does not make sense at all.
Also, please note there is a vast difference of the Bose system which is displayed on the Amazon website and which is there on the official website of Bose. On the official website of Bose, it does not display as same as the Amazon website which mentions all the sound system to be a package.
