Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Quality and Unfulfilled Commitments

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the furniture order I booked with your company for approximately ₹* lakh.

The delivery was scheduled for December **th, but the overall finish of the furniture is unsatisfactory and incomplete.

Despite my repeated requests for corrections, the team is now fabricating a false narrative, claiming I was misbehaving and threatening, and have used this as an excuse to stop the pending work.

My specific grievances are as follows:

*. Substandard Materials & Broken Promises:
· I suspect they have not used the promised Century Ply.
· They committed that all hardware would be from Hettich and Godrej brands, but all the hydraulic fittings used are of a local brand.
· A headrest, included in the cost, has not been provided.
*. Incorrect Measurements & Workmanship:
· I specifically requested a *-foot bed multiple times. They have installed a **** mm frame and claim it is * feet. However, the inner sleeping area is only ** inches (approximately *.* feet), which is incorrect.
· No protective mats were used under the furniture to prevent tile scratches during installation.
*. Unprofessional Conduct:
· The team left the site in a mess and did not clean the house after work.
· Their response to my valid concerns has been unprofessional, culminating in false accusations and a work stoppage.

This is completely unacceptable given the substantial amount paid. I expect immediate action to rectify all the issues mentioned, complete the pending work with the correct materials, and provide the missing components.

Please resolve this matter urgently.
