Modern Habitat Pune - Incomplete and Fraud by Interior company

I hired this company for interior in June and since then till September they committed to deliver. Initially they started very fast and took all my ** % of the payment and after that they stopped all kind of work for *.* months.
When I asked them to start they asked for * % remaining saying they need money and the work is delayed because of me.
When i complaint in consumer forum they countered me with legal processes.
The agreement they done was breached by not delivering what commited and all with cheap quality like.
*. Mandir not delivered as committed ruined it fully
*. Bed headboard and lamite fraud
*. Kitchen material fraud
*. A-Broken fittings in wardrobes
*. The word robe tops and other tops left without laminated.
*. Broken painting and bubbles on walls without waterproofing. Because of which laminated are now getting water bubbles . The channels are broken.
*. Pan masala all over my sink and now its ruined.
* saying no to me by not even cleaning my place.
I had to shift so I had spend soo much money to get all this done from outside. Help me and others and save from such frauds.

There reviews and ratings are all fake on internet. All paid I think.
Ther e venders are abusing them saying they dont pay them so they will not work. I will further initiate a complaint in labour court for that.
They pick up calls neither respond on mails. They get customers by giving heavy discounts initially and later give all compromised products.
