Modern Habitat has shown completely unethical and experienced scamsters behaviour in our project execution.

We signed our contract with them in May ****, and after paying **% of the project value they abruptly stopped work, leaving our home only **–**% complete. The team – Siddharth Pillai, Ketki Deshpande, Dhruvin Bulsara, and Sanket Palande – repeatedly inflated the “work completed” percentage just to raise new payment demands.

Whenever we questioned these inflated numbers, they arrogantly stated that “only we will decide how much work is done, and if you don’t agree, we’ll stop the work.”
And that’s exactly what they did.

Even after several follow-ups, they cancelled the contract unilaterally, stopped answering calls, and completely vanished from site. This pattern is constant because they have done the same with multiple. People. Most of the one star ratings we have contacted and all faced the same issue.

Their Google profile is another example of manipulation —
every time a real client posts a negative review, within hours multiple *-star fake reviews appear, often from their own staff or paid or false accounts

It’s a clear pattern which shows :

Inflate false work completion reports to extract more money.

Threaten to stop work if the client disagrees.

Abandon the project midway once payments reach a certain point.

Then cover it up online through fake reviews.

We strongly warn anyone considering Modern Habitat — do not trust their words, photos, or ratings.
Visit actual sites, speak to real clients, and demand proof of completed work before making any payment.

Their conduct is , deceptive, and exploitative — a textbook example of how home interior clients are cheated under the mask of “premium service.”
