This is unfortunate that the airline has refunded the full amount for my booking (PNR- L**QRL), however Makemytrip did not refund the money to my account. As per airline, the refund was done with MMT for Rs ***** while I received Rs **** only.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
