I had taken painting services from Urban company. They charged me *****/- as upfront payment and assured that work will start on stipulated date. The work started after * months delay and there were poor workmanship. In between the painting services, they damaged multiple household item which are non-repairable. The company's local office senior employees visited my premise for inspection four times and assured me that all damaged household items would be replaced and assured me that given money would be refunded. Now, all of them have stopped picking my phone and no refund have been intiated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
