I have paid the security deposit on *th of February to install the jio fibre, I heard from the local engineer that in my society connection is not feasible so I asked to cancel and refund my amount now more than one month they have not considered I am not return my deposit amount they are not responding properly below is the reference number when I book the jio fibre
