Ease my trip - Paid seats not given after written confirmation and harassment for the refund too

I booked my flight * month prior to the departure , and I choose AirIndia flight just because I was getting my preferred seats in that flight and that’s why booked that flight even though other cheaper flight options where available but I choose AirIndia just for the seats and also paid Rs.****/- per seat for the two seats as my wife was travelling with * kids (*.* years and * years ) . First of all when I was web check in , they were not issuing bording passes with the selected paid seats mentioned on it , and told me that you can not do web checkin and will get the same paid seats I’ve rahe counter because of the reason bla bla bla . When I reached the airindia counter on the day of travel they refused to give the paid seats and gave me **th row with no led space and I paid for the *a and *b seats for the extra leg room for my convenience as I was travelling with small kids and after that I am regularly following up for the refund but they are harassing for that too and giving no proper reply and are ignorant , untrained , zero service , pathetic behaviour and services by ease my trip and AirIndia as well
