Urban Company - Paid for painting a few walls a month ago and still the work is not done

I decided to get a few walls paint in my house and booked it through Urban company. Their representative visited my house Mr Wasiq Ahmad who’s a cheat. I got a quotation and paid prepaid partial amount of around *,***₹ After receiving the money on **/**/** their supervisor stopped contacting us and told us we can only work if you get more walls painted. I raised a complaint on Urban app and another supervisor came. Till now the work hasn’t been started. Please for god’s sake return my hard earned monry
