I received my package( Rs. ****) from Nykaa on **/**/****. I paid the whole amount but received * out of * products. Product worth Rs. *** was not there. Order Id- NYK- ********-*******.
I received my another package on **/**/****. It was of (Rs. ****) . I paid the full amount but again when I opened it * out of * products was missing. It was of Rs. ***. Order ID- NYK- ********-*******. I was really shocked to see. This kind of issue has never occurred in the past. When it happened the first time I thought it might be a mistake. But it happened twice in the gap of * days. I've been complaining since **/**/**** but no response is coming from there side. They are just delaying it by sending useless replies. Kindly help me in this matter.
