Kopal Arora filed complaint against Purplle on Feb 12, 2021
I placed an order on purplle On *th Feb. (Prefer ID -last * digits, ****). An item, Ruby's organic kajal was missing from the box delivered to me. I opened a request towards that again and again and all the times, they closed it without any resolution. Purplle's customer care isn't responding now and the the only option I was left with is to open a complaint here.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
