Moglix - Paid amount not refunded

order no: ******* . I ordered "APC ****VA Easy UPS with Automatic Voltage Regulation, BVX****LI-IN" but I received different model product. so I immediately raised for return request and after some couple of days they dropped me to email to requested me to share more photos so I immediately share they required photos but after that I again asked me to share some more photos so I again shared **+ photos with all details and information. So they replied you will get update within next ** hours. but after that I not received any emails or calls or any resolution. almost some weeks gone so I dropped them final call emai before taking legal route. but I got shocking reply from they end because they said you not contacted us within * days as per our policy but the joking part is the order was delivered by ** Jun **** only and I return request raised by ** Jun **** so after that they requested me to share photos so I shared the all photos immediately from my end. even after that the same was acknowledgement by them and they assured me that you will get resolution within next ** hours but how possible to they said you contact us after * days for my final call email?. so I asked them how you said you mentioned that I contacted after * days. then they accepted they misscommunicaton and they accepted they end mistake and they again requested me to wait next ** hours but till now I not received any refund or updates from they end. now totally * months after. I'm co-operate with them they all emails but I got only frustrations and mental tension. Also, I used my credit card to pay the order but due to they lack of customer support so I'm paying emi with intrest so who was responsibility for this?.
