I have booked my pulsar *** from delhi to guwahati purchased in ****. Gati kwe team taken my bike from delhi on **/**/****
and delivered at guwahati on **/**/**** in damaged condition. It was due to negligency of gati kwe india. It may because of Some heavy goods loaded on fuel tank. Now customer care refused to accept my claim while it happens due to the negligence of courier company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
