Ater ** mails and unlimited calles to customer care, no one took my mails and call seriously. My parcel was suppose to be delivered to me on ** oct but it didnt happen. This is really very irritating any time i call or mail same response is provided to me that our team is working on it. Gati is actually harrishing their customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
