I sent my Voltas Grand **e air cooler Docking no: ********* from Hyderabad to Kerala on **th Dec ****, received on **st Dec **** found that air cooler base is completely damaged now it's totally useless it can't hold the water. Such a irresponsible and careless guys they have to compensate the loss, it's a new aircooler worth **,***.
