I booked my package on ** May **** and was assured a delivery date of ** May ****. My package is still undelivered as of June * , ****. I've lodged multiple complaints with the service team. I even asked for the address to the local warehouse to pickup the package myself. But apparently they moved it from the given location and i couldn't collect it. It's been a horrible experience and would never recommend Gati to anyone.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
