Amazon India - Package not yet recieved but the status showing Delivered.

My Order was placed on ** September for ear phone which was suppose to be delivered on ** September but on ** September its showing the status as delivered,the very same day i raised the complain with Amazon but the response was very lukewarm and they said its a system error and the actual product will be delivered the next day but on ** September after having not recieved the order i raised the issue again with them but this time again they are saying they need ** hours to investigate the matter......really very disappointing the way they are handling my complain....now i need refund.....but that too they are saying its not possible at this moment.....very poor response from the team on the order of just rupees ***.......do I need to wait for such a long time to get my order or refund.
