I placed a return request on Ajio for * T-shirts which I received on the **th of September. The return pickup was scheduled for the *th of October but delayed like hell and actually return picked up on ** October after filing a complaint on Voxya.
After making a complaint on Voxya the same day * t-shirts out of * were picked up.
I ordered all * together and placed the return request also together but they are picking up in parts. Ajio seems to do things the way they like, they have nothing to do with the waste of time their activities are causing to the customer. Anyways this was my first experience with Ajio and I gonna make it last also.
Waste of time, money.
Just because of their poor service, for the remaining package again I have to file a complaint.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
