Hi
On **/**/**** i have placed an oder for dragon stones for my aquarium in makemyhobby.com. I have paid the amount and has sent them the payment confirmation in whatsapp just as they have requested. The package has not been sent till date. I have tried to contact them so many times. Luckily they have responded to me on **/**/**** ,they said the order will be sent that week itself.
Now the time they said has passed and there is still no new update on my order. I have been trying to contact them but no one responded.
The site looked like it was from a reputed company and had clear guidelines and i read through them before placing the order. But i am now disappointed and felt cheated. So i checked for other peoples reviews about makemyhobby in other website and saw similar complaints from many other people.
