I order a product-JBL Manado ** L an aquarium soil from makemyhobby.com on ** February order number - ****** , my money got deducted from credit card but I did not get order confirmation as some error showed in their website later I raised a ticket on ** February(ticket number-#MMH******) then again on ** February(ticket number -MMH******) . I didnot get any response till now and they have mentioned wrong helpline number on their website. I alsowrite to ccavenue on ** February (request no -******) about this fraud but they didn't respond
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
