Makemyhobby.com - Order delivery not executed since last 12 months

Placed order for aquarium fish with www.makemyhobby.com in Oct'**. Initially the delivery delay was blamed on COVID related reasons. But after relentless follow-ups from my side, I was informed in Jul'** that the orders will be despatched that weekend. Since then, they've been telling me the same story every weekend. Their WhatsApp number is not available, their LiveChat is not available most of the times and nowadays they don't even respond to messages on the Helpdesk site. It has now been more than a year and no delivery has taken place. Can you help out with this? I'm thinking of following up with a complaint to Hyderabad Cybercrime Team as well.
