Makemyhobby.com - Package not delivered and money not refunded

I ordered live fishes worth *** rupees. They took money online but didn't show on the order history. After sometime I came to know that these people are fraud. And many people are being scammed by them. I was shocked as they have already taken the money. Later they sent an email which looked weird. You can't reply back to this email either nor they have a authentic phone number. These things are enough to say they are a big fraud. They are taking money and not delivering. I am going to lodge FIR against them and will take them to court. They have scammed many people so this needs to end.
