My mother sent me rakhi through a private courier company, overnite express on **/**/****. The package was sent from kalyan(Maharashtra) and it was supposed to arrive Jabalpur next Monday. On monday evening I got a call from overnite express that the package will be delivered to me on Tuesday(**/**/****). I have yet not received the package. Consignment no. Of the package is **********. I have called them several times but their behaviour is highly unprofessional.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
