I booked parcel ********** on **st Oct for Ranchi. It was booked by air but it was sent by road as I came to know and reached on **/**/**** in Ranchi. It was promised that the parcel will reach destination on *rd Nov. No response from the company. Most of the phones of either do not work or takes too much time to make contact
