My awb is showing as "out for delivery" since * days, while there is no movement in the consignment and the same is at final destination hub. also, i tried to contact the branch number at : +**-***** ***** and ***-**** **** but none of the contact number is reachable. the courier company is just misguiding the customer by showing the incorrect details on website. can you take the corrective and legal action ?
