Overnite express - Package not delivered

Hi I'm a non Indian person completing my graduation from Gujarat. Mar ** as i was scrolling the reels, I saw a ad that a person is selling his laptop for **.*k and the model was hp pavillion. I got intrested and wanted to know more about it so i dm(ed). I get replied by a army person the one who selling his laptop. He sent me the videos and images of laptop. The condition of the laptop was good enough so i think of buying it. He asked me the delivery charge of rs *** and the next day my parcel will get delivered by overnite express. And the only I had to pay the rest amount. When I sent him the delivery charge he send me the bill of overnite express. So I waited for the next day. The delivery boy called me and he said he is only ** minute far from my location and he said the parcel is from the military man so our company (overnite express) have a protocol of verifying it then only deliver. For verifying he asked me to send the amount of rs **** and then verification will be completed. I got shocked because the army had said, pay only when the parcel is delivered. I called him. Then he said, "let me talk to the delivery boy". That army boy called the delivery boy and then after he called me and said to pay the amount to verify. I refused then he threatened me that he will complain to the cyber crime that I ordered and not receiving the order. He said his laptop will get stock to the courier company if i won't receive it. The delivery boy abused me. I messaged him to send my money back. I searched on Google and read a post on quora. And found this all is a scam. And this scam is happened to many but noone is doing anything. I searched the company on justdail and got some numbers. I called but no-one responded. But luckily I got answered by a number. The voice was so lagging so he gave me his personal number. I called him. And he told me to explain this. I explained everything. And you know what he answered? They had scammed to many. And he also said that the overnite express was closed * years ago. I got shocked. And he was the owner of overnite express. Some other gang was using the company name to scam innocent people.
There might be a big gang behind it. This all looks so perfect.
