i placed order for the books on **st march **** and the same is showing as shipped on **rd march ****. it is going to be one month since i placed the order. will it really take one month to deliver a shipment within india. totally irresponsible reply from the vendor. total loss indicates shipping charges inr *** + value of shipment inr ****. please take action against this courier company and indemnify me the loss.
